Guillermo (Memo) Roa, of GR Pet Services, holds many high-level dog training credentials including an AKC (American Kennel Club) Tester Certification and an ABC (Animal Behavior College) Trainer Certification.

Guillermo (Memo)  Born and raised in Colombia, he and his wife emigrated to the United States leaving behind their careers and family with only one purpose, to find a safe place to live. They worked tirelessly, raised two sons and can now concentrate on what they love so: surrounding themselves with dogs. In their beautiful home, Memo meets with families: parents and their "two and four legged" children, and together they learn. 

Self-described as a "dog and family mentor.”  The dynamics of a dog's behavior are a combination of many factors: Two of these are the dog’s innate characteristics coupled with the home environment.  The dynamics are very much like that of a child's development. Memo studies the dog’s relationship with his or her family, and their responses to his or her actions. In that way, he can best suggest the tools they and the dog will need to accomplish the best behavior skills.
